Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Monthly Refunds (Starting April 1st):We will issue refunds to any user who does not receive a potential pair for the month.

    Note: Users must have been on the service for the full month to be eligible for a refund— we need the entire month to give us the best shot at finding you a potential pair.

    • Mix Plan: You did not receive a potential pair in either the Drop or the off-cycle potential pair feature.
    • Masjid Plan: You did not receive a potential pair in the Masjid Drop or the off-cycle match feature.
    • InPairs General Plan: You did not receive a potential pair in that plan's Drop or the off-cycle pair feature.
  • How It Works: If you are eligible for a refund, a button will appear on your screen. Simply click it and provide your preferred payment option.

    Note: The refund button will appear one month and one day after your initial charge. For example, if you signed up on April 4th and receive no potential pairs, the button will appear for you on May 5th.

  • 48-Hour Refund Eligibility: You are also eligible for a refund if you contact us within 48 hours of being charged. Please email support@inpairs.io within that timeframe.
  • If Not Eligible for a Refund: No Refunds: Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of your participation in the Drop or the timing of your cancellation, except in the cases mentioned above.
