Monthly Subscription: Our service operates on a monthly subscription model. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel your subscription before the start of your next billing cycle. Your billing cycle date will be displayed in your account settings, so you can keep track of when the next payment will be processed.
Late Cancellation: If you attempt to cancel after your billing cycle has begun, you will have the option to participate in the upcoming Drop. If you choose not to participate, your payment will still be non-refundable for that billing cycle.
Cancellation Window: Cancellations will not be accepted between the signup deadline (around the 22nd of the month) and the end of Wave 3 of the Pair Drop (around the 30th of the month).
Prior Cancellation Attempts: If you attempted to cancel your subscription before the introduction of our online system, please send us an email at support@inpairs.io and we will issue a refund after verifying the details.
No Refunds: Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of your participation in the Drop or cancellation timing, except in the case mentioned above.
Exception to No Refund Policy: A new user may request a refund within 24 hours of submitting their first payment. As long as the email is sent to support@inpairs.io within the 24-hour period, they are eligible for the refund.
