Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly Subscription: InPairs operates on an auto-renewing monthly subscription model.
  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your subscription at any time during the month. However, please note that during pair drops (from the 9th to the 14th and from the 22nd to the 30th), any cancellation will be scheduled to take effect at the end of the drop to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the start of your next billing date. You can find your billing cycle information in your account settings under "Subscription."
  • Prior Cancellation Attempts: If you attempted to cancel your subscription before the launch of our online cancellation system, please email us at support@inpairs.io. We will verify your request and issue a refund if applicable.
  • Refunds: Please refer to the Refund Policy by clicking here.
  • How to Cancel:
    1. Log in to your account on our website.
    2. Navigate to the "My Account" page.
    3. Click on "Subscription."
    4. Select the "Deactivate" or "Delete" button to begin the process.
